Antidepressants in Fibromyalgia

I do not say, at the risk of having all rheumatologists against me, that antidepressants are not useful in FMS. They have their place in the treatment of FMS. They are used to increase serotonin levels which are lower than normal in patients with FMS. Serotonin is a neurotransmitter.
